It was a blessing for my husband and I to find Glenn on Zillow. I was searching for a realtor in the East Stroudsburg area and his name was the 2nd one that popped up. We called him requesting his realtor experience to help us find a home. When we spoke to Glenn, he was very forthcoming, approachable, and easy to communicate with. He’s pleasant and knowledgeable great to work with. He always made us feel like we were important. He listens earnestly to our concerns as the homebuyer. And work diligently to find just the right house suited to our needs. Glenn would call my husband and I anytime of day or night to explain the process in detail from start to finish. Even if we had concern or wanted to ask questions about anything no matter what the time, he always answered the phone. If he was busy and we left a message Glenn would always return our phone call. At times when the process was becoming strenuous, he would take the time to walk us through. Reassuring us that were the homebuyers if you’re not happy don’t be pressured to buy its your decision. We really appreciate him as a realtor were able to know and respect him on a personal level. At the closing he handed my husband and I a gift package. When we finally had time to look, we were surprised by what was inside. It was a very lovely and thoughtful gift from he and his wife. If I could give Glenn 10 stars I would because he deserves it and more.
