Glenn helped me find a house, & we worked together from June to October 2015. It took four months for a variety of reasons, including my looking for a house in Pennsylvania while living in New York State. Throughout the whole process, Glenn was the one person I could always count on for solid  advice & expertise. Glenn is the hardest working individual I’ve ever encountered, in any field, & I’d say that negotiating with difficult situations & difficult people, a great degree of patience, & a tireless work ethic are his greatest assets. Glenn is an outstanding communicator. He literally responded to my many questions about any & all topics via phone, text, & email, at all hours of the day & night. He did not attempt to force any opinions on me, but rather encouraged me to follow my own mind, & he was always respectful of my needs & opinions. At no time did I feel rushed into making a decision. He always had my best interests in mind, & even suggested that I offer a lower price on a house, despite the fact that his commission would be lower as a result of that offer. Glenn is soft-spoken & not pushy, & gets the job done in a firm but always polite & respectful manner. He shared his wealth of knowledge & information, by not only assisting with Real Estate issues, but also by giving me information & referrals regarding many topics that a new homeowner needs to know, like well-water, septic tanks, swimming pool issues, local services & resources, & even a couple of good restaurant tips. One of the nicest guys you’ll ever meet, Glenn is someone you’ll think of more as a friend with outstanding knowledge, than as a “business associate,” & he has my highest recommendation!
