Glenn was the best. There are no words to explain how amazing and knowledgeable Glenn was to us. Glenn came highly recommended to us. I spoke to him six months before we decided to put the house on the market and I knew right then he was the right realtor for the job. I told Glenn I was helping my niece with this house and he needed to work with me and then I would explain to her. Glenn was so amazingly kind he called and explained everything to both of us. He went step by step to make sure we understood the process and what we had to do. He went over each room in the house looking for signs of problems that need to be dealt with. Glenn took lots of pictures and pointed out everything that had to be done to get closer to the price we were asking. This was our first time selling a house and he was that person that was very patient, dedicated, honest and just nice. Glenn was the one we could trust, feel comfortable with, answered all our questions and gave us the best advice. We were also concerned about being taken advantage of because we are girls and this was our first time selling a house. Glenn assured us that no one will take advantage of us and he would see that the sale will go smoothly. Glenn answered all our calls even when he was at dinner with his family and he also took late night calls when we had a question. We can’t speak highly enough of our experience with Glenn. We just want to say Thank you for a Job well done. We had a buyer the second week the house was on the market. Everything went smoothly and the transaction was taken care of the same day of closing.
