Glenn was the best. There are no words to explain how amazing and knowledgeable Glenn was to us. Glenn came highly recommended to us. I spoke to him six months before we decided to put the house on the market and I knew right then he was the right realtor for the job. I told Glenn I was helping my niece with this house and he needed to work with me and then I would explain to her. Glenn was so amazingly kind he called and explained everything to both of us. He went step by step to make sure we understood the process and what we had to do. He went over each room in the house looking for signs of problems that need to be dealt with. Glenn took lots of pictures and pointed out everything that had to be done to get closer to the price we were asking. This was our first time selling a house and he was that person that was very patient, dedicated, honest and just nice. Glenn was the one we could trust, feel comfortable with, answered all our questions and gave us the best advice. We were also concerned about being taken advantage of because we are girls and this was our first time selling a house. Glenn assured us that no one will take advantage of us and he would see that the sale will go smoothly. Glenn answered all our calls even when he was at dinner with his family and he also took late night calls when we had a question. We can’t speak highly enough of our experience with Glenn. We just want to say Thank you for a Job well done. We had a buyer the second week the house was on the market. Everything went smoothly and the transaction was taken care of the same day of closing. Glenn went ABOVE & BOYOND when helping me sell my house. He was very knowledgeable and patient. He was always available and flexible with his time. He made the process of selling much easier than I feel most people experience. I wasn't able to be there in person. And he helped me make sure everything was set straight. As my home was an inheritance property, this is my first time selling a home. He was patient in explaining the process. He also did a great job of staying on top of me with completing paperwork or submitting necessary documents. I am so thankful I went through this process with him.

Glenn is the best. I called him on a Sunday to look at houses in PA moving from NJ he said let’s do it. He has been by our sides the entire way, with his great personality and his wisdom he made everything we wanted happen. His communication was hands down amazing and he was always on it. Glenn made our buying experience a real pleasure. My wife and I can’t thank him enough for all he did. He was with us to the last second and we all ended with a big hug!

It was a blessing for my husband and I to find Glenn on Zillow. I was searching for a realtor in the East Stroudsburg area and his name was the 2nd one that popped up. We called him requesting his realtor experience to help us find a home. When we spoke to Glenn, he was very forthcoming, approachable, and easy to communicate with. He’s pleasant and knowledgeable great to work with. He always made us feel like we were important. He listens earnestly to our concerns as the homebuyer. And work diligently to find just the right house suited to our needs. Glenn would call my husband and I anytime of day or night to explain the process in detail from start to finish. Even if we had concern or wanted to ask questions about anything no matter what the time, he always answered the phone. If he was busy and we left a message Glenn would always return our phone call. At times when the process was becoming strenuous, he would take the time to walk us through. Reassuring us that were the homebuyers if you’re not happy don’t be pressured to buy its your decision. We really appreciate him as a realtor were able to know and respect him on a personal level. At the closing he handed my husband and I a gift package. When we finally had time to look, we were surprised by what was inside. It was a very lovely and thoughtful gift from he and his wife. If I could give Glenn 10 stars I would because he deserves it and more.

Very responsive person. Always answer e-mails SMS and calls. Answered all questions. He came and showed us everything we asked for. We are very grateful to him. He is great.

We started our first-time home ownership process last September in New Jersey. We saw many homes and made several offers, but none worked out in our favor. After exhausting all of our option in NJ we decided to give Pennsylvania a try. We met with Glenn and gave him our budget and what we were looking for and he started the search with those criteria. We saw many homes that didn't feel like it fit us even though they met our criteria. Glenn was very patient with us, even when we started to feel bad for seeing so many homes that had exactly what we wanted but they didn't feel like they were the right fit. He reassured us when he told us "With a purchase this large, we shouldn't have any doubts and it should be exactly what we want." It took a while, which should be expected in this market, but we finally closed on our perfect home in June 2022. Glenn was phenomenal throughout this process; his response time is almost immediate. He made several last-minute calls on many occasions and got us same day showing. Glenn comes highly recommended, and I strongly urge anyone looking for a professional with several years of experience to consider and hire him.
